Hey Peeps! I've been absent, again, but thought that I'd take the time to throw up a post before I head off to work this morning and I think Fragging, since it's Friday and all, is the way to go!!
I'm working with a new girl, started on Monday by just going to meet her and then on Tuesday I started my hours with her. She had many different ailments but the biggest one is epilepsy. However, she has yet to have a seizure while I'm there. I think they're easing me in and trying not to scare me away because she has multiple seizures a day before I get there and after I leave. I still don't know what they want me to do when she has one. Guess we'll see how next week goes. It will be a long time before I'm alone with her, that's all I know.
Yesterday, I needed an Ark. Today the sun is shining and rumor has it that it's going to get close to 80 this weekend! Praying that rumor is true! SO OVER this horrible weather so far this year!
I played Bunco last night. My neighbor has invited me to be a sub three or four times and last night my neighbors sister said that she thinks I should become a regular. I think it would be fun! But I didn't say yes or no yet.
I was sharing some of Our Story last night at Bunco and my neighbor's sister said that she wanted to have a fund-raiser to raise money so that we could have a baby. I didn't really know what to say to that because that is the first time that ANYONE has EVER even mentioned doing that! I was sincerely touched that this lady that has only met me a handful of times would suggest and offer to do that for me.
Tomorrow is SITS Bloggy Bootcamp in Seattle. I'm SO SO SOOOOO sad that I don't get to go! It's so close to me! So if you're going, you MUST tell me how it went!
This weekend is our Community Garage Sale. I'm NOT participating. Thank God! I'm going to attempt to be away from home as much of this weekend as I can! Stay away from the craziness! Haha!
Are you watching So You Think You Can Dance? Last season was the first one that I started to get into and this season I'm watching it from the beginning. Love it! Such talented people out there in the world!
Last week, I got Milo some new food while I was at the pet supply store getting Chewy's food. Normally I get Milo Purina One but the pet supply store doesn't carry that brand so I read about a dozen different kinds and decided on one that I thought Milo would like and would be good for him. He was OUT of food so when I got home I poured him some. He basically turned his nose up to it for 2 or 3 days. Then one night this week, I was sitting on the couch watching tv. Kyle asks me if I know that Milo puked in the computer room. I didn't. Then Milo goes over to Chewy's food bowl, which is just inside the kitchen. He picks out a piece of Chewy's food and starts munching on it. Mind you, one piece of Chewy's food is larger that Milo's mouth! So Milo's chomping on it trying to break it up into a size that will fit his mouth and eats it! I have NEVER seen Milo do this before!! I took that as my sign that he hates the new food I got him and I went and got him some Purina One the next day. Weird cat!
