Am I Gonna Die?

I am SO out of shape it's not even funny!

Currently, I am a good 20-25 pounds overweight.

*cry*

I haven't worked out in three years!  I've tried here and there, but my body doesn't like me.  I've inherited bad knees and about the time I injured my Achilles tendon is about the time that I stopped working out.

But, that's gonna change.

I HATE the way that I look in pictures and the mirror right now.

My face is so FULL and chubby looking and hardly and of my clothes fit.

It's really sad.

Can't believe I've let myself get back to this place.  I was here before and I swore up and down that I'd never be back here, but here I stand, uncomfortable in my own skin.

Last night we had a family meeting with the inlaws and we finalized details for a DISNEY WORLD VACATION!!!!

We went with them in September of 2008 and we've been talking about going back since then.

Now, it's gonna happen.  Again, in September of THIS YEAR!!!

Do you know what that means?

I have 83 days to get back to this:

One of the things Kyle and I are going to do is Bikram Hot Yoga!  There was an AmazonLocal deal here that was $20 for 20 sessions {normally $240}!

However, I have NEVER, really, done yoga before, let alone Hot Yoga!

{I've attempted to do yoga before but it's bored me to tears and just never kept me interested.}

So tell me, am I going to DIE doing this?  I'm kinda skeered!

At this point though, I'm willing to try almost anything to get rid of this extra poundage that is making me unhappy!

Hot Yoga {and better eating habits} it is!

I WILL BE "SMOKIN' HOT" AGAIN!!!
